Sweet Potato Gnocchi

    Recipe has good flavor. It is very messy scooping out the portions and rolling the dough, if you can call it that, out. Keep your hands well floured. Sweet potato dough gets stuck all over your hands and wants to stick to the rolling surface. Might be able to add more flour to the dough to make it more workable. I followed the destructions exactly.

    Don't have to add too much salt when served with melted butter.

    I used sweet potatoes and NOT yams. I don't have a problem with the recipe. Was just pointing out for other users that their hands were going to get sticky dough on them while forming the ropes. I had all the recipes on hand to make this recipe, so I did. I gave this recipe a good review. Think you are reading it wrong.

    Only group I attached this recipe to is the "IMI" group. Please reconsider your curt remarks.

One has a quarter cup more in the dough. I can see where more flour would make the dough more workable and less sticky. But I didn't want to vary from the recipe on my first attempt.

    Should have done the research before trying this recipe.
