Tarragon Fish with Vegetables

    Delicious! I love how it's so easy and simple. Just throw everything in a foil pouch and grill. Them walah...a whole dinner! Full review and pic on page.

    The veggies stayed pretty crisp! I think any longer and they would have been pretty soft. I prefer mine crisp though. I was thinking about doing it in the oven, cause I didn't feel like pulling out the grill, but last second decided on the grill. Oven though, I think, would would be perfectly fine, just without the smokiness flavor.
