Tartar Sauce

    This is a fantastic tartar sauce, I grew up on it. I didn't even know people bought tartar sauce until I was an adult...lol Even if we had fish sticks, we had this sauce. Only we use dill pickles instead of sweet.

    FYI - at least in my recipe, Minced Onions means very finely chopped onions, not the dried onions you have in the spice cabinet...they might re-constitute...but you were probably better using what you did!

    I guess your right sparow..for some reason I automatically thought the dried onions but now maybe she/he meant fresh!...Well it seems as though the dried woulda had a weird texture anyway..so glad I did it the way I did!
