Tenderloins with spices papaya chutney

    really enjoyed this recipe... I don't generally like fruit with my meat, but, as I've always said, I do like to keep trying things I'm "unsure" of, and this is one recipe that helps :) I used some of our very young deer tenderloin medallions for this, too.

    A complete review and 2 photos at the end of all of mal's prep/completed dish photos, too! :)
