Texas Ribey With Three-pepper Compound Butter

    YUM!!! We had some nice sized ribeye's and I thought this sounded nice and spicy for them :) I still have not purchased chipotle powder so I subbed out a New Mexico chili powder I have. I like the optionof bell pepper for the jalapeno for all those softies out there :P I'm not the best parchment paper with soft butter "roller upper" but I made it work :) Good stuff!

    Thank looks really good. I've never done butter on a steak before but when I watched Master Chef a couple of weeks ago, they seemed to think that was the way to serve steak! It looks fabulous!

    Thanks!! My husbands favorite way of having steak is season with salt and pepper then baste with melted butter and garlic. I love it that way, but this was was a bit of a change up that made us both happy :)
