Thai fish cakes with cucumber salsa by Kidaria

  This was really good. If you like Thai food and fish, you should enjoy this! I made some changes: used curry powder instead of paste to reduce the spicyness, added a tbsp. chopped cilantro and a tbsp. fish sauce to the fish cake mix. I also added some fresh ginger and garlic to the cucumber salsa. Overall, this is a great recipe.
