    SO GOOD!! I forgot the bean sprout darnit but I did have some cabbage ( i know not even close) that needed to be used, so in it went! I used rice noodles and I did use the soy just cause I love it! I didn't have some of the things mentioned for the sauce. The thai chili sauce I used sriracha and for the hot Chinese sauce I used a bit more sriracha mixed with some thai chili oil. Wow this was spicy but I loved it! Thanks Keni!

    Believe it or not, I have not found many people that even know what Sriracha is. Maybe its not common on the west coast. I know I can only find it a a few stores here. I put that stuff on so many things : )
