  This was SO GOOD!!! Michael said it's one of the best pizzas I have made, the crust, the sauce and the toppings! The crust is a Paleo crust I found online, my shaping is, uh, rustic? :) The sauce is this one http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Easy-Pizza-Sauce-III/?prop31=1. All of the toppings work very well together, I didn't measure the cheeses just kind of sprinkled until it looked good. Loved the pepper jack. Used fresh mozzarella. The red pepper flakes could easily be cut back or just left out for all the heat sensitive people out there :) Did not remove the pizza from the pan the last 3 minutes because the crust was plenty crispy already. Delicious!!

  Thank you ladies :) Yes it could be toned down even more by using sweet Italian sausage as well. You would have to use the pepper jack though, it's great in this!
