Tofu Chocolate Mousse Recipe

    Recipe by Blondeberry: Tofu Chocolate Mousse/saved
    While it was still at room temperature there was a slight bitter aftertaste. When chilled It has a deep chocolate flavor. It's more pudding like than Mousse. It's dark, thick and shiny.
    Wonder if someone would like to try folding some egg whites in this recipe to make it more Mousse like.
    Really couldn't taste the honey at all.

    Pie, mini-tart, pudding, pie. I can see it being used for all of them. For a lighter texture whipped egg white should make the mousse very nice.
