Ultra Moist Dill Pickle Bread

Recipe by Midgelet: Ultra Moist Dill Pickle Bread/saved
When I saw this recipe used pickle juice instead of water or milk, you know I had to make it.
Has a wonderful smell and flavor, reminiscent of a mild Jewish rye. It is a very supple dough while kneading.
A very slow rising bread. Be patient.
A little Miracle Whip to a piece of the bread really brings out the flavor.
    A tight grained loaf.

Looks interesting! Now you just have to figure out what to do with all those pickles! :0) The texture on that bread looks good. Was it a dense bread or light?

Not dense. Not light. Pickles already used up. Rolled them in a cream cheese mixture spread on deli ham slices which were cut and served on toothpicks. Didn't care for it.
