Vanilla Yogurt-cinnamon Quick Bread

  Recipe by Gkwillow: Vanilla Yogurt Cinnamon Quick Bread
  A nice moist cinnamon-y quick loaf with a little spring.
  Instructions need to include what size loaf pan to use. I used a 9x5 pan that made my loaf look a little squatty against the recipe pic.
  Greased and floured the loaf pan. Loaf popped right out after 15 minutes of cooling in the pan.
