  Very Raspberry Muffins
  Every Friday morning at work, six of us in "management" (haha) have a meeting at 7:30. No one likes meetings, especially at 7:30 in the morning! I took these to it yesterday. Everyone loved them. "Cute" "moist" and "fresh" were the words I heard. They were all gone by 8:30. :)

  Frankie, your muffins look delicious! I don't like berry streaked muffins, so yours look more appealing to me than those posted on the recipe page. I think a streusel topping would also work on these and make them look bakery-style - yum!
