    These were AMAZING!!!! I really thought the "gravy" would have been sucked up by the timing on these but it wasn't. It was a perfect recipe, the chops were very tender and fell apart when cutting. I did use raspberry jelly in place of the grape. Worked nice! Only cooked about an hour as well.

    Yeah, the recipe says you can use any jelly so I figured raspberry would work and it did!! I liked this so much I'm making her crab cakes tonight...already got them formed and in the fridge, can't wait!
