Watermelon Honey

    Recipe by Chefmeow: Watermelon Honey
    This is not a good recipe for several reasons:
    It is too large. Measurements are for an industrial application. Nobody has the equipment needed in a standard household kitchen.
    You could cut it in half but there are still issues.
    This recipe uses only the rind, which when processed, tastes like boiled squash or cucumber. It needs the seeded pink flesh for color and flavor.
    The ground up rind never completely dissolves and leaves a grainy lumpy texture to the honey.
    The melon color never does go clear, as instructed. Translucent is a better descriptor.
