I like Wendy's Chili because it is a flavorful mild chili chock full of ground beef.
This is not Wendy's chili. It has way too much heat in it.
Leave out the green chiles and it might be a copy cat.
This recipe gets only 3 stars because of all the heat.
I processed dry beans for this recipe.
Might to have to serve this with a bunch of sour cream and a little cheddar to help cut the heat.

My father absolutely loved, loved! Wendy's chili (before the one we had here burned to the ground) and he is definitely not into spicy! I think I had it a couple of times and don't remember it being spicy either.
