  Wonderful Apple Pie Filling
  
  Spices are on the weak side. I would double them if making again. Filling gets thick quick before it starts to boil. The boil is more of a plop-ploppy thick liquid instead of a standard boil.
  
  Keep stirring after the addition of the apples until the filling drops down to a simmer to keep from sticking on the bottom of the pan.
  
  Used this in my mini half-moon pies.
