Wynnebaer's Florentine Chicken Roll-ups!

  I made Wynnebaer's
  Florentine Chicken Roll Ups
  last night and they were excellent. I will totally make this recipe again. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen since I had it on hand. It's a very nice looking dish, great to serve to company. Lots of flavour and nice and cheesy inside.
  The picture isn't the greatest as I was getting some glare, but trust me, the chicken was yummy!
