  Spicy Seafood Salad
  
  Made this for a quick dinner. So quick and easy. I love the combination of mayo and sriracha The only alteration I did was to add green onions. I love onions on most anything. I was 3 shy of 4 servings though. I think I may have a defective serving spoon, or my plate had holes in it = ) This would make a great sandwich also. Thanks Wynne for a quick and easy recipe. Right up my alley = )

  Yeh, Im sure its meant to be a side. I was just being a SA.. I needed something quick and this fit the bill. I wish I had a crusty sourdough roll. I think that would been perfect and filling. That and an amber ale and all would be good : )

  I'm so happy you liked it, MP......I'm a little surprised you didn't think it was enough though because when I make it, it's more than enough to feed my husband a couple of lunches with as a sandwich. Maybe I should have called the recipe Spicy Seafood Sandwich. Sorry about that.

  Wynne, it was just fine : ). No need to call it a sandwich. I just tend to eat a lot. and most often double recipes. After I ate it and was still hungry I thought about it on a roll. When I make it next time, I will try it as a sandwich and report back. Loved the rooster with this....
