Ingredients

How to make it

  • In mixing bowl, break up Imitation crab meat
  • Add remaining ingredients (I only add enough Sriracha sauce so it can be tasted but not overtake the taste of the seafood)
  • Mix to combine
  • ~~I find it tastes better if made the night before so flavors can marry~~
  • Husband loves it with lettuce in a pita pocket.

    For some reason I have never been able to get excited about imitation crab. I think with shrimp or lobster the combo of Mayo & Sriracha sauce would be great. For some reason I sorta think cucumber would go with this. RJ
