  Made this tonight and it was a great side to our steak :) I sliced the onion instead of diced it and used 4 Cheese Crackers, crushed, because that's what I had, and they added a nice topping. I used a bit more pepper, but that's to taste. :) The only thing I will say is that I recommend making sure the squash is cooled after it's drained before it's added to the egg mixture, cus it will cook it, if it's still hot from the boil. Thanks for a great recipe. This one will be made, again. I added a photo. :)
