Dried Morels

    Hi folks,

    My husband surprised me with a package or organic dried morels (he knows I love mushrooms and cooking). Thing is, I've never cooked with morels, let alone dried ones. Anyone have any tips or recipes to share? Thanks!

    I just found about 40 in my yard and I fried up the first half in just butter. The second half I am using to make a cream sauce with shallot, sherry, chicken stock, cream and a little parmesan.
