What Cooking Technique you feel is best for Cooking?

If it's me i just love grilling them up.

That is side to doing it on the pan where i can toss it in the air.

I have noticed a change in my diet over the last two years, and I use an onion with every meal I cook, I must go through a 2 or 3 pound bag of onions in little over a week - I know they are healthy....but ...hehehe
