  • chuckieb 8 years ago
Good morning everyone! it's the big football game today and with that BIG SNACKS! I'm in awe of these 'snackadiums' that i keep seeing pop up on pinterest. they're crazy cool! it'd be fun to be involved with a big group of people for a superbowl party but it's just jim and i today with homemade pizza and nachos! :)
it's fun to just type the word 'superbowl' into the gr recipe search. there's a lot of really fun, and really decadent recipes that come up.
    have a good one everybody!

I am not into football but I am into snacks, Janet. I like seeing the good commercials after they are aired. Den has gone to pick up MacDonald's for breakfast. This afternoon I plan on making a big pot of spaghetti meat sauce to freeze and we are having Garlic studded pork roast for dinner. Wasn't that a good game last night! I was hopping for a shutout though.
    Wishing everyone a Super Sunday!

Morning! I need to stop by Pinterest today and see all the snackadiums!! The third one you posted is my fave, I'd love to put something like that together!!

Hi Joce, pork roast sounds delicious!!

Not sure if you popped into the wrong group or not but Hi Betcool!!

My parents invited us over for a small Superbowl get together they are having but we declined. It's and hour and half drive and the kids have school in the morning. Plus, Michael and I both don't care much about who's playing although we might just have it on to see the commercials :) Finishing up my second cup of coffee then I think I'll hit the gym. Everyone voted on homemade pizza for dinner so when I get home I'll get a pizza crust going. After all that thin crust talk yesterday, I've decided to make a double batch of this crust Italian Thin Crust Pizza Dough, may have to stop at the store and pick up some more cheese! Wishing everyone a great Superbowl Sunday!!!

Go for it and be lazy Janet :) :) My yeast was expired by 3 months and I was SO worried, but the dough is in it's 2nd hour of rising and has doubled at least. So I think I'm good :)

Watched the game - sort of - in between laptop and commercials. Glad Manning won - he is a cool dude.

Was disappointed in the commercials - NO BUDWEISER HORSE STORIES! Grrr! Just the same old same old. Hmmpn!

    No idea what Omaha meant.
