I didn't have any picky eaters until a couple of grandchildren came along.

I have a brother -in-law that would have starved to death waiting for me to fix the few things he likes......no running a restaurant here. My sister is an awesome cook too, it's sad!

Let's tart with what he likes for other tastes..........flavorings, spices..........that kind of thing..........you're surrounded by wonderful cooks and recipes here, we should be able to come up with something.

BTW....what is it about the other meats he doesn't like? Is it the texture.......something else? Just give us some infor we can work with!

    Takes deep breath......

I hope you will not be as tired and baffled by the time I finish telling you about my husbands eating habits as I am! I swear its worse than any toddler I've ever had to feed. I'm breaking it down into Go's and No's and anyone feel free to chime in, make suggestions, or ask questions.

    GO's:
Chicken, Fish (no Tuna),Turkey, & Bacon,Pork on Occasion
    Cheese of any kind
    Bread of any kind
    Corn
Fruits: All but Peaches and Bananas
Any form of Potatoes you can think of
Italian foods, Marinara or garlicky he loves
Hot & Spicy is a BIG WINNER
Loves Pesto, loves all herbs and spices.
Loves all sorts of sauces except for BBQ or Asian (Soy, Terriyaki)
    Ketchup on EVERYTHING
I'll add more if I think of it......

    NO's:
Veggies: Lettuce, Tomato, anything green (peas, green beans, beans of any sort)
Only selective raw onion and breaded onion, sometimes I can sneak it in as long as there isn't too much contrast in texture. No peppers, Pickles, Cucumbers, or any other fresh veggie for that matter!
Red meat: Steak, No beef, ground beef or ground meat of any kind (doesn't like texture), Pork only if its falling apart on his plate. No cold sandwich meats.

Thats all I can think of right this second, but if I think of anything else I'll add it to a new post.

I'd love to know how to cook some good fish, I have no clue how to cook it and have never tried, afraid I'll mess it up! So any helpful hints there would be very much obliged.

Thanks so much for joining the group, maybe there is hope for picky eaters and their victims! (haha)
