Roasting the town of Pretendville

I want us to go the the community of Pretendville. We are all going to gather there on the Next sunday after the full moon. Each of us is going to bring our Electric Roaster and prepare a roasted feast for all the citizens of Pretendville.

This general idea was thrown down in Our Daily Dinner and I thought I'd pick it up and bring it over here for us to play with. This morning, The group there introduced me to the small oven appliance known as a turkey roaster. In reading about it I learned you could not only use it to roast poultry, pork or beef but also bake a cake and use it to make casserole dishes.

If you'd like to play tell me what you would prepare using this marvelous device. Here is a link to an example:

We used to have a little lamb but now its fleece is gone. Soon it will be roasted and served to our friends in town.
Rosemary Citrus Marinade Leg Of Lamb

Spring greens were our little lambs favorite so a crockpot full in its memory.
    Cubanelle Mustard Greens

Naturally the quantities and methods must adapt to using the electric roaster for the lamb and a crockpot for the greens.
