When I was working, I would get a bag of triple washed and poke a few holes in it and microwave it for lunch....A little vinegar, salt and pepper....Me loves me spinach...:)

We eat spinach salads almost everyday...if not twice for me (since I am at home by myself during the day). Monday night we had a spinach salad,chopped pieces of my High Temperature Roast, chopped pears, green onions, w/ feta and a vinegar dressing. Yum!
