No Low Carb.. Restaurant Rants

Trying to find a place that serves low carb... fast food type. My God.. I almost mugged my grandaugher... she was eating ice cream and there was NOTHING on the menu.... NOTHING..

OMG I didn't know this group was here..thanx for bringing it up. I used to love going out to eat, but after 3 out of 5 experiences being less than enjoyable, I am getting over that.

do you have YaYa's flame broiled chicken places? Those are pretty good for low carbing. Or the Pollo Tropical, they have shrimp and steak skewers that count as low carb...the hard part is passing the beans and rice, and fried plaintains.

I was witchin... notice I said witchin... about fast food... I stop almost every day with grand daughter.. she has a happy meal with "fruit".... Or we do churches... or someplace fast. It is awful when on a low carb diet... I lasted 13 days... then had to have a carb.

I do that for 2 weeks.. then just cut the carbs low... but the first 2 weeks, OMG.. toward the end, I would mug you for a carb! AND.. my store was out of Dreamfield pasta. That keeps me sane. I like it better than whole wheat.
