Frosting

I have about 2/3 of a can of plain white frosting left over, and no plans for cake making in the future. What can you guys suggest? I'm thinking truffles or cookies but don't know how I'd do it. Any insight is appreciated, thanks!

you could flavor the frosting and use it between two cookies

or make something on a graham crackers..... cracker with frosting, sliced fruit, and a little chocolate

add a little more powdered sugar to it, some dried fruit and nuts, and a little vanilla and make candies

Was reading some interesting Cake Balls recipes last night. Do a recipe search for "balls".
    Goes something like this:
Bake a cake; tear it up; put it in a food processor along with the frosting and blend. Make rounded scoops with a melon baller and place on waxed paper to let it dry out some. Melt milk chocolate along with some paraffin. Dip the cake balls in the chocolate coating and return to the waxed paper to harden.

Not a direct quote but that's the gist. Several recipes available.

I know this is a old thread, but I just had this happen as well!! I made up a batch
of my apple biscuits..(they are fabulous) and when looking in the frig saw that
frosting!! Used it and they then tasted like homemade cinnamon buns!! :()
