As I was going through this bookcalled Delicious Diabetic Desserts and seen this great recipe.Looks real easy too make. Well I know a few people that I know that are Diabetic and I'm tryen to figure out on how to make alot of these great recipes.

Ingredients
  • 3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 1/2 C skim milk
  • 2 T butter or margarine
  • 3 t sugar substitue
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1/2 t butter extract

Directions
  1. Combine the cocoa powder and flour in the top of a double boiler. Add the milk.Stir until free of lumps.Cook over water, stirring until thick and smooth.Remove from heat.Stir in the butter.Cool for 15 minutes.Stir in the sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and butter.Serve over pudding or frozen treats.
  2. Stores well refrigerated, but warm gently before serving.
  3. Yields: 24 servings
