How to make it

  • Combine the cocoa powder and flour in the top of a double boiler. Add the milk.Stir until free of lumps.Cook over water, stirring until thick and smooth.Remove from heat.Stir in the butter.Cool for 15 minutes.Stir in the sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and butter.Serve over pudding or frozen treats.
  • Stores well refrigerated, but warm gently before serving.
