TIGER COOKIES

Cookies Tony The Tiger would be proud to serve. oragne Frosted Flakes cookies with a hint of anise
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 6 drops yellow food colouring (more if you wish a deeper colour) shopping list
- 3 drops red (more if you wish a deeper colour) shopping list
- 1 tsp anise extract shopping list
- 3 cups frosted Flakes cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 cuos shopping list
- 1 -6oz package milk chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together flour, soda, and salt.
- Set aside.
- Beat margarine and sugar until light & fluffy.
- Add eggs and anise.
- Beat well.
- Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in Frosted Flakes cereal.
- Drop by rounded measuring tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Drizzle the top with the melted chocolate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until done. Remove from baking sheets.
- Cool on wire racks
