Ingredients
- 1 can apple pie filling shopping list
- 1 pkg cream cheese; softened shopping list
- 1 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 caramel ice cream topping shopping list
- 12 egg roll wrappers shopping list
- water shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- 1/2 cup of caramel ice cream topping; optional (for garnish) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients together.
- Lay out egg roll wrappers on a clean surface with the corners facing you.
- Spoon 2 tbsp of apple filling onto the centre of each wrapper.
- fold in both sides of the wrapper to resemble an egg roll.
- Use water on the tip of your fingers to seal the 'eggroll'.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Cool slightly before serving.
- Drizzle with caramel if desired
