How to make it

  • Butter the pie pan and cover it with puff.
  • Put the rice in a pot and cover the rice with just enough milk. (Don't use to much milk)
  • Add vanilla sugar/sugar to the rice and milk according to your taste for sweetness.
  • Solve the vanilla pudding powder in enough cold milk (see the recipe on the box of the vanilla powder to proportionate, use enough powder to have a tight pudding.)
  • When the milk and rice are boiling, add the dissolved powder and stir.
  • Add vanilla essence to taste.
  • Split the eggs in white and yellow.
  • Let the pudding cool for 15 minutes and stir 2 egg yellow through it.
  • Let it cool again for 15 minutes.
  • Whip the 3 eggs white up into stiff peaks and stir through gently.
  • Put the pudding onto the puff and paint it with the yellow of the last egg.
  • This will give you a "tiger motif".
  • Put in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 200°C/400°F
  • Bon Appetit!
