A flavorful easy chicken dish

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 bottle RUSSIAN salad dressing
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Lightly brown the chicken.
  2. Meanwhile, mix vodka & salad dressing, stock & garlic.
  3. Put chicken in a baking dish. and top with the sauce.
  4. Bake covered at 350 F for 15 minutes, then flip the chicken over and uncovered and bake for another 15 minutes, or until juices run clear..
  5. While chicken is cooking, boil up cabbage, about 10 minutes.
  6. Drain and add butter and salt. Stir.
  7. To plate, put approx 1 cup of cabbage on each plate.
  8. Top with chicken breast and drizzle any extra sauce on top.
