RUSSIAN CHICKEN

- 4 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 cup vodka shopping list
- 1 bottle Russian salad dressing shopping list
- 1 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic shopping list
- 4 cups shredded cabbage shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly brown the chicken.
- Meanwhile, mix vodka & salad dressing, stock & garlic.
- Put chicken in a baking dish. and top with the sauce.
- Bake covered at 350 F for 15 minutes, then flip the chicken over and uncovered and bake for another 15 minutes, or until juices run clear..
- While chicken is cooking, boil up cabbage, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and add butter and salt. Stir.
- To plate, put approx 1 cup of cabbage on each plate.
- Top with chicken breast and drizzle any extra sauce on top.
