Smoked Oyster Log Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine cheese and mayonnaise; blend well.
  • Stir in next 4 ingredients; spread 1/4 inch thick on waxed paper.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes.
  • Spread oysters on cream cheese mixture and roll up jelly roll fashion.
  • Roll log in chopped chives.
  • Chill overnight.
  • Makes 2 dozen slices.

    I could eat a whole can of smoked oysters by myself - I will have to try this recipe for sure! (can you tell I'm goofin' off at work looking at this site instead of working?!?!? - it's a slow "pre-holiday" work day!!)
