Trout With Sauce

- 4 trout Fillets shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,chopped fine shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 8 oz clam juice shopping list
- 1/2 Cup white wine shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon saffron shopping list
- 2 fresh tomatoes,peeled,seeded,chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1 Stick Pure butter,melted shopping list
- Few Dashes of hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Salt and pepper the trout,in a glass dish.
- Mix the Olive Oil and garlic ,rubbing this over fish.
- Place in refrigerate overnight.
- In pan,combine,clam juice,wine,garlic,herbs,saffron,and tomatoes.
- Cook and reduce this by half.
- Place in blender,and blend until smooth,add cornstarch,blend,then slowly add the butter,process until well combined.
- Place sauce over heat and cook,stirring,until thickened slightly,add the hot sauce.
- Place trout skin side down on grill,cover,and cook for10 mintues,or until flaked.
- Serve with sauce.
