- 4-5 SPRIGS fresh basil shopping list
- 1/3 CUP GOOD QUALITY virgin olive oil shopping list
- sea salt TO TASTE shopping list
- SLIVERS OF PECORINO PARMESIANO cheese shopping list
- 1 PACKAGE FRESH SPAHETTI shopping list
How to make it
- ICUT GARLIC INTO THIN SLIVERS, CHOP CHILLIES INTO THIN SLICES, CUT EACH TOMATOES IN HALF. HEAT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT, ADD CHILLIES AND COOK FOR A MINUTES ADD GARLIC AND COOK FOR FEW MINUTES. DONT LET THEM TURN BROWN ,ADD TOMOATOES. AND SALT..LOWER HEAT AND COOK COVERED FOR ABOUT 6 MINUTES .STIR BASIL SPRIGS IN. MEANTIME COOK AS PER INSTRUCTIONS. DRAIN AND POUR OVER SAUCE AND MIX WELL
- DEVIDE INTO 4 PORTIONS AND TOP WITH CHEESE
- GOES SO SMOTHLY WITH PINOT GRIGIO
