How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Lightly grease/spray a large shallow baking dish.
  • Place fish in melted butter and coat both sides.
  • Remove and dredge the fillets in bread crumbs and seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange fish fillets on the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake the fish fillets for 18 to 20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the topping is lightly browned.
  • Fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
  • Carefully remove the fillets to plates.
  • Serve with a salad and your choice of vegetable.
  • I like to serve the fish with new potatoes when in season.
