Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, strained shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, strained shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. flat-leaf parsley, very finely minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. mild chile powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. fresh basil leaves, very finely minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, very finely minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. fresh sage leaves, very finely minced shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, very finely minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except olive oil; mix well.
- Whisk in oil, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until well blended.
- Allow to stand, covered, at room temperature for 1 hour, allowing the flavors to blend.
- Whisk to blend, use as desired.
