How to make it

  • Cut wings with knife or kitchen shears at joint to separate
  • Season to taste
  • Place in fyr pan ( I use one pan for each pkg ) with a little oil, cook and brown over medium heat , turning frequently until wings are golden brown
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Lower heat, add sauce and cook and turn wings until sauce is reduced and thickened and a bit sticky
  • These may be served immediately or cooled and reheated , covered in foil in the oven at 200F until hot
  • I place all the wings in an aluminum roaster pan and usually serve right from the pan for parties
