My family loves the way I prepare my chicken wings. No breading needed. May be prepared ahead of time and reheat covered with foil in the oven. These are finger licking good!!!

Ingredients
- 2 Pkg of chicken wings ( about 3 lbs total )
- salt and pepper or seasoning of choice
- Small amount of oil
- About 3 cups( or more if desired ) of favorite barbecue sauce , may be home made or favorite from jar or bottle
Directions
- Cut wings with knife or kitchen shears at joint to separate
- Season to taste
- Place in fyr pan ( I use one pan for each pkg ) with a little oil, cook and brown over medium heat , turning frequently until wings are golden brown
- Drain excess fat.
- Lower heat, add sauce and cook and turn wings until sauce is reduced and thickened and a bit sticky
- These may be served immediately or cooled and reheated , covered in foil in the oven at 200F until hot
- I place all the wings in an aluminum roaster pan and usually serve right from the pan for parties
