Ingredients

2 lbs ground meat (I use one pound of bulk sausage and one pound of ground beef)

2 cups uncooked instant rice

1 onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

2 t chilli powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Brown meat with onion and green pepper

Add remaining ingredients, mix well

Pour into a 9"x13" lightly greased baking dish

Cover and bake for an hour

Enjoy
