How to make it

  • Slice cube steak into one inch strips. Marinate steak in the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Combine the soup mix, water and red wine. set aside
  • Heat olive oil in medium saute pan. Add steak to the pan, season with a little bit of salt and pepper. Add sliced onions. When brown, turn the steak over and season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms, and soup mixture. Lower heat and simmer for 15min.
  • Serve over steamed rice.
  • * wine can be omitted, substitute with water.
  • *Onions and mushrooms can be omitted as well.
