- 4 Drawn,Whole trout shopping list
- 4 green onions,sliced shopping list
- 1 sweet green pepper,chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup butter shopping list
- 1 Cup Soft bread Crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 parsley,snipped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves shopping list
- Green Sauce: shopping list
- 2 Cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 Cup spinach,chopped,finely shopping list
- 1/2 Cup parsley,snipped shopping list
- 3 teaspoons Fresh dill,snipped shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon tarragon vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chives,snipped shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and stir onions and peppers in butter,until onions are tender.
- Remove from heat,stir in bread crumbs,parsley,lemon juice,salt,and basil.
- Rub cavities of fish with salt.
- Stuff each with about 1/4 cup stuffing.
- Place the stuffed trout in a greased baking pan.
- Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes,or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- For your green sauce.
- Place all ingredients in blender and bend on high until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to get acquainted.
- Serve along side the whole stuffed trout,may address the platter of fish with cherry tomatoes as will.
