A spicy cool refreshing sauce good for seafood,but will find many uses for it.A nice way to use up celery.Put a twist on your tuna or chicken salad.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 3 Tbls.Creole or Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbls.horseradish
  • 2 Tbls.paprika
  • 1 tsp.tabasco
  • 1 tsp.ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp.cayenne
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 Tbls.chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor mix briefly to blend.Or by hand,stir to mix well.
  2. Serve cold.
