Cajun Remoulade Sauce

A spicy cool refreshing sauce good for seafood,but will find many uses for it.A nice way to use up celery.Put a twist on your tuna or chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup finely diced celery shopping list
- 3 Tbls.Creole or Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3 Tbls.horseradish shopping list
- 2 Tbls.paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp.tabasco shopping list
- 1 tsp.ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp.cayenne shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 2 Tbls.chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in food processor mix briefly to blend.Or by hand,stir to mix well.
- Serve cold.
