Bleu Cheese Ball

i just love cheese balls ............its about that time again to be thinking about them yummm.................
Ingredients
- 8 - ounces cream cheese ...softened shopping list
- 8- ounces bleu cheese .........softened shopping list
- 1- tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2- tablespoon mayonnaise shopping list
- 2- teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- chives and parsley............optional or shopping list
- pecans chopped...................i like it rolled in pecans but you can use any one of these to roll it in ..........the chives or parsley or nuts of any type ......... shopping list
How to make it
- mix all the ingredients except nuts
- shape into a ball roll in nuts or parsley or chives ..........
- chill for at least 2 hours or better over night
- serve with your favorite crackers or pretzels
- makes one ball.........
