Mexican Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of CAMPBELLS Southwest Style Pepperjack Cheese Soup (it is new, if you cannot find it, substitute with Cheddar Cheese Soup and 1 small can of green chilis)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 bag Doritos
- 2 cups shredded pepperjack cheese
Directions
- Cook and cube your chicken until no longer pink.
- Mix with the soups, tomatoes, and sour cream in a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Top with crushed Doritos and then cheese.
- Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
