How to make it

  • In a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef with the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
  • When the meat is cooked through, transfer the contents of the skillet to the slow cooker/
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 or 7 hours.
  • Taste and add more vinegar or brown sugar, if desired.
