Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons drained horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mixer the cream and mustard in a small deep bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form, about 1 minute.
  2. Whisk together the horseradish, sour cream, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Make a well int he mustard cream mixture.
  4. Gentley fold horseradish mixture into the mustard cream mixture.
  5. Serve immediately, or store in the fride for no more then a week.

I make this every Christmas for Prime rib (Poppop pays for the ribs!) I make the sauce. good deal wouldn't you say? I add a dash of worchestershire, just a splash. This is really good on boiled shrimp too.


Love it! Makes me want prime rib NOW!
