How to make it

  • Mixer the cream and mustard in a small deep bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form, about 1 minute.
  • Whisk together the horseradish, sour cream, salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Make a well int he mustard cream mixture.
  • Gentley fold horseradish mixture into the mustard cream mixture.
  • Serve immediately, or store in the fride for no more then a week.

    I make this every Christmas for Prime rib (Poppop pays for the ribs!) I make the sauce. good deal wouldn't you say? I add a dash of worchestershire, just a splash. This is really good on boiled shrimp too.
