Horseradish Cream

- 1/3 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons drained horseradish shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sour cream shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mixer the cream and mustard in a small deep bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form, about 1 minute.
- Whisk together the horseradish, sour cream, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Make a well int he mustard cream mixture.
- Gentley fold horseradish mixture into the mustard cream mixture.
- Serve immediately, or store in the fride for no more then a week.

I make this every Christmas for Prime rib (Poppop pays for the ribs!) I make the sauce. good deal wouldn't you say? I add a dash of worchestershire, just a splash. This is really good on boiled shrimp too.
