Chocolate Eclair Dessert Recipe
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Sanchez Estate in Marshall, Texas in 1981.

Ingredients
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 9 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 can chocolate cake icing

Directions
  1. Mix milk and pudding in bowl then add whipped topping.
  2. Layer graham crackers in rectangular pan then pour 1/2 of the pudding over the crackers.
  3. Add another layer of crackers then remaining pudding mixture.
  4. Add another layer of crackers then heat icing in microwave until thin and pour over top layer.
  5. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
