Grams Best Brown Sugar Cake

This cake is so moist and flavorful. Easy to make! Girlfriend made this and gave me the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 c sour cream shopping list
- 2/3 c water shopping list
- 1/2 c oil shopping list
- 1 c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c chopped pecans shopping list
- 2 tsp powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 egrees
- Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer 3 mins,. or till well blended. Add brown sugar and nuts;mix well.
- Pour into 12 c fluted tube pan or 10" tube pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 1 hour r till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool cake in pan 15 mins. Loosen from sides of pan;invert onto wire rack. Remove pan;cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
- Special Extra: Sprinkle pan with combined 2 Tbs granulated sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon after spraying with cooking spray.
