Ingredients
  • 2 breasts and 1 thigh
  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 green pepper, sliced

Directions
  1. Strip meat off bones, discarding skin, and cut up. Brown in oil, and pineapple syrup.
  2. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
